Sean stahlman-pickel, CSCS

Sean has pursued his passion for fitness and physical activity for over two decades. In 2008 he began his career in the fitness industry as a personal trainer. Since then Sean has gained experience in a wide array of health and fitness arenas, ranging from human performance, to nutrition coaching, movement optimization, and restorative exercise. He has completed a Bachelor’s degree as well as graduate work in exercise physiology. Further rounding out Sean’s experience are numerous clinical hours in physical therapy offices, which contribute to his understanding of human movement and restorative exercise. Through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), he is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS).

Sean has explored a wide range of physical disciplines, from outdoor sports, to bodybuilding, to powerlifting, and sport performance training. Playing competitive rugby for 20 years provided firsthand experience in improving health and fitness for longevity. When not training himself or others, Sean is likely to be found entertaining his lifelong obsession with mountains alongside his wife, daughter, and doggos.
